About this role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated
Business Administrator to join our vibrant and enthusiastic group based in
Brisbane.

You will be proactively providing commercial and administrative support to a variety of teams and people across all different levels.

You will collaborate with other Business Administrators locally and globally and attain great exposure to the design/engineering/construction industry.

What will I do?

  • Independently complete the teams administrative tasks including but not limited to project support, invoicing, credit card reconciliations;
  • Responsible for organising events, activities, or small internal business projects;
  • Onboarding new starters and facilitating mandatory inductions;
  • Bidding assistance including proposal template preparation and gathering of required inputs such as CV's, research material, etc.; and
  • Respond to enquiries or requests for information, and provides guidance on Arup systems and processes.

What will I bring?

  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and a positive attitude;
  • A broad skills base, process driven mindset and meeting deliverables to a high level of consistency;
  • Relevant industry experience in a technical and/or professional services organisation as a Business Administrator or similar for a minimum of two years;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite at advanced skill level; and
  • Ability to multitask, balance demands, taking responsibility for tasks and delivering appropriate solutions.
