Our team manages all types of multi-party facilities including those where CBA participates with other lenders under a syndicated or club facility agreement.
Our team is accountable for all payment functions arising under these facilities (loan drawdowns, repayments and interest collections).Agency Services also facilitates requests for loan restructuring including any amendments of the loan or the security structure, and the entry and exit of participating lenders.

The Head of Agency Services is responsible for managing the Agency Services business strategy and stakeholder relationships, ensuring the quality and compliance of Agency products and services, and leading the team of Agency specialists.
The Head of Agency Services also oversees the Agency Services projects, risk management, and governance activities.Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement the Agency Services business strategy in alignment with the bank's objectives and customer needs and responsible for the Agency Services financial returns.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, such as agent banks, syndicate lenders, legal advisers, and business partners.
Ownership of the processes and controls that support the Agency Services business including oversight over the end to end risk and controls environment.
Lead and support the Agency projects and provide regular updates and feedback to the project stakeholders.Team management of the agency specialists and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
As the Agency Services product owner, perform governance activities such as product review, risk assessment and maintaining product standards.
We're interested in hearing from people who have: Relevant experience in agency services, syndicated lending, or corporate banking.
Strong knowledge of agency products, processes, systems, and regulations.
A strong client centric mindset focused on understanding and meeting clients' needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of agency specialists.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
