Our strong links with local aged care providers give our students valuable work placement and employment opportunities.


Based on establishing relationships with CALD community organisations, Charter has developed CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support course that are specifically designed and delivered in Korean.

The graduates are assigned to our partnered healthcare providers, the majority of whose clients speak Korean or require Korean speaking care workers.

We are currently recruiting qualified and experienced trainers to deliver

  • CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support

Main Duties

  • Facilitate classroom based training and assessment
  • Undertake own professional development
  • Contribute to the Charter Australia systematic approach to continuous improvement.
  • Participate in Charter Australia assessment moderation and validation activities
  • Contribute to the development of training and assessment materials when required.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Must be able to speak Korean fluently.
  • Suitable industry related qualification in nursing, aged care and/or disability care
  • Registered Nurse preferred but not essential
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE4011
  • Valid Driver's License
  • A valid current Police Check within the last 12 months
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Contactable references
