You'll have the opportunity to use your expertise in communication, problem-solving, empathy and conflict resolution to help thousands of people every day.

In this role, you'll:

  • Be working as part of a busy team of Workers Compensation experts who are fun, inclusive, and collaborative.
  • You will see you manage a portfolio of claims for injured workers across selfinsurance and TMF (treasury managed funds) for the Transport cluster.
  • You will manage claims end to end to assist workers to recover and return to work.
  • You will also be managing a number of stakeholders which include injured workers, and their respective managers and treatment provides.

This is a permanent opportunity based in our Burwood office in a hybrid working model.

About you

  • You will have solid case management experience in the Workers Compensation space and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Workers Compensation Legislation and guidelines.
  • You'll have a passion for helping people and work best in a team with exceptional communications skills both written and verbal and have the ability to communicate with influence.
  • You'll be able to build trust and rapport quickly and be able to management expectations, as this role will require you to deal with sensitive issues with injured workers, their managers and treatment providers.
