About the Role Responsibilities:
  • The Project must be delivered as per the Project Deed, meeting schedule and cost requirements.
  • Strong project governance must be implemented, establishing a competent team to deliver the project safely, cost-effectively, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop the working teams for proper work delegation, growth, and team development leading to improved business outcomes.
  • Monitor and control the project budget meticulously, investigating discrepancies, forecasting costs, recommending cost-saving measures, and ensuring effective financial management systems are in place.
  • Implement and maintain control, planning, and reporting systems to ensure project milestones are achieved, demonstrating actual performance against targets and providing accurate outcome forecasts.

About You:

Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Commercial, or Project Management. Experience: Significant senior project leadership background (Minimum 15 years) in infrastructure projects with excellent project management knowledge. Experience in Data Centre Projects.

Skills: Proficiency in project procurement and delivery across various areas such as civil works, mechanical and electrical works, plumbing, and underground services. Strong business acumen in a multi-product environment, effective communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups internally and externally. Requirement: Australian driver's license is a must. UGL Overview:
