School and Region Reviews fosters ongoing enhancement in Queensland state delivered kindergartens, state schools, and education centers by offering guidance and supervision for school and emerging system reviews.
Your Role
- Review content of reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with relevant legislation and policies.
- Provide consistent feedback within the team and to internal stakeholders to ensure reports are edited promptly and identify process improvements.
- Monitor program documentation, analyze data, and prepare reports for Senior Officers regarding timelines and quality assurance processes.
- Establish strong relationships to effectively engage with stakeholders, prepare written communications, develop templates, and manage surveys.
- Create briefing materials, submissions, papers, and progress reports.
About You:
- Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, work well under pressure, and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills and the capacity to build and maintain quality relationships swiftly.
- Experience and confidence in overseeing program/project activities, including tracking and reporting to senior officers.
- Effective in giving and receiving feedback to enhance team outcomes.
- Keen to acquire new skills and apply them in various scenarios.
