Due to increased growth, Fairmont Homes (NSW) have the perfect opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team. We are seeking interest from a experienced Site Supervisor to join our Knock Down Rebuild team.

Fairmont Homes (NSW) is a multi-award winning new home builder located in South-Western Sydney including Winner of the 2021 HIA NSW Professional Medium Builder/Renovator. With Display Homes located at Emerald Hills (Leppington), Wongawilli and Marsden Park.

The Role:

The successful Supervisor will be involved with all aspects of running the day to day projects from site, while delivering all new homes to display home standards and completed on time.

The successful candidate will require:

  • knowledge of all aspects of the building industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to manage and liaise with Clients on site
  • Liaise with office Staff/Sub-Contractors/supplier
  • The energy and confidence to get the job done
  • A network of trades within the Sydney area is desirable.
  • well organised and on top of your work
