We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor to lead our new early education centre in Sydney's South West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall educational, relational, and operational outcomes of our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for the innovative setup of our new service, including the development of the educational program and selection of an outstanding team.
  • Engage families, children, and team members in being part of this unique service.
  • Lead and inspire a team of passionate educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
  • Work with your support team to establish a strong, successful service that meets the needs of our community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma level qualification.
  • Leadership experience in Early Childhood, ideally at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certification.
  • Current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate.
  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and the ability to effectively manage external relationships with regulators.
  • Understanding of the Government CCS provisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high standard for the cleanliness and presentation of environments.
  • A confident and warm manner with families, team members, and the community.
  • A desire to leave a positive legacy for the enrolled children and their associated community.
  • A desire and ability to support and promote Christian values such as generosity, courage, love, respect, hope, and peace.
