My client is seeking an office coordinator to cover annual leave, commencing late August until early October

This role is to perform a range of administrative and secretarial duties to support wider team

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daytoday administrative tasks of the company
  • Manage incoming correspondence, answering and screening calls, taking messages as appropriate, sorting mail for priority and responding appropriately
  • First point of contact by greeting, welcoming, directing visitors
  • Support the daytoday operational and administrative functions for their Brisbane office including managing supplies, approving invoices, managing room bookings
  • Liaising with building management for maintenance and repairs for the office
  • Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes and systems
  • Coordinate and run virtual and inperson events and workshops
  • Assisting the wider team with adhoc duties

Desirable

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Available to commit to the full assignment
