Purpose of the role:


The Leads Manager is responsible for driving business growth within the business and to develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Procuring sales, within a Minimum Sales Budget
  • Source new tenders and live projects to price.
  • Source, engage & meet with prospective new clients.
  • Review tender package (SOW, Finishes, Specifications, Drawings etc.), estimator's markups and
- take-offs and submitting quotes.

  • Operate & maintain BBC's CRM system up to date.
  • Attend posttender meetings.
  • Review Sub-Contract Agreements received for tenders won.
  • Contracts Administration of projects (Variations, Progress claim disputes, Subcontract
- agreements for subcontractors etc.).

  • Project Management of projects (Projects progress, Profit & Loss reports etc).
  • Visit sites to inspect the progress, including meeting with the Builder's representatives.
  • Overall responsibility of your projects.
  • Attend social events as required (some might be outside normal working hours).
  • Provide service for tasks required outside of normal working hours (Urgent Client requests).
  • Any other duties as instructed by the Employer.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field is expected. Senior BDM roles may require more extensive experience.
  • Trade / construction background is essential
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
