To provide assistance to the Stores & Purchasing Manager & Stores Supervisor in providing top level service to internal site customers in the area of purchasing & supply.

Whilst being driven to maintain all aspects of the purchasing function from invoice processing to master data preparation.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

  • Processing of Purchase Orders
  • Expedite critical purchase orders
  • Daily follow up of overdue purchase orders
  • Management of the site invoice processing
  • SAP Mater Data Entry
  • Weekly and Mond end reporting (raw material usage and chemical issuing)
  • Assist with annual stock check
  • Assist with the management of rotatable

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have:

years purchasing experience from a FMCG, Construction or Manufacturing.

  • Past experience with mainstream ERP system preferably SAP but not essential
  • High level of written & verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • The ability to cope with changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
  • Highly organised individual
