About the Role The role is responsiblefor leading the facilities maintenance team in reactive and planned maintenanceto ensure that all College buildings and related assets are maintained in goodworking order.

The position is also responsible for managing all work requestsfor the maintenance team, ensuring all contractors are effectively inducted,coordinating minor maintenance and compliance projects.

About You To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with experience in a similar role andpreferably with experience in a tertiary or residential environment or similar facilities role.

Knowledge and experience working with a diverse range of property related services and technologies is required and an ability and competency to use a wide range of equipment and tools.

Contract Type This is a full-time, ongoing position.
