About The Role:

Are you prepared to influence the development of future digital channels in Healthcare? We are currently seeking a qualified and creative UX/Service Designer who will be responsible for developing future strategies for our Federal Government clients digital platforms.


Your Objective:
As an essential member of the team, you will immerse yourself in the realm of digital transformation. This will involve doing user research, facilitating workshops, and creating a comprehensive map of the customer experience. Your specialised knowledge will play a significant role in developing groundbreaking solutions that revolutionise the field of Healthcare.

Responsibilities:

Conduct autonomous analysis:
Conduct thorough study and examination to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

User-Centric Design:
Perform user research, facilitate workshops, and ensure a smooth user experience.

Proficient in Blueprint Mastery:
Proficient in developing and overseeing service blueprints and design plans to effectively navigate our digital transformation. Utilise your proficient written communication abilities to create graphic representations that streamline intricate information.

Future State Strategy:
Facilitate the creation of future state strategies that are in line with project and company objectives. Engage in stakeholder collaboration to deeply analyse areas of concern, get valuable perspectives, and capitalise on chances for enhancement.

Project Management:
Identify and oversee project challenges, uncertainties, and advantages to ensure seamless progress.

Quality Assurance:
Contribute to the management of project quality, ensuring that the outputs are of the highest standard.

Admin Support:
Offer crucial administrative aid to ensure the seamless operation of the project and department.

  • Proven experience in digital strategy and transformation.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and usercentric design.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create compelling visual models.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project management prowess with an eye for quality.
  • Excellent representation skills in discussions and meetings.
