The Operations Manager coordinates with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to facilitate the effective delivery of ASG's leveraged technical services (Applications and Infrastructure Managed Services) to one of our major clients.


Related Experience

  • Solid experience in overseeing the delivery of IT services in a managed service / outsourcing environment or large government agency.

Desirable attributes specific to role

  • Recent experience in a similar position, preferably within an outsourcing environment;
  • Facilitation skills and ability to present content in various ways depending on audience;
  • Experience in governance models i.e., ITIL, PRINCE2, AGILE, BABOK;
  • Exposure to Service Level Management and Earn back
  • Experience in creating Operational Reporting and dashboards
  • Experience in managing Service Improvement plans and CSI activities
  • Experience in driving technical team to deliver quality outcomes

Other Requirements

  • Effective analytical and problemsolving skills;
  • Understanding of constructs of commercial contracts;
