About your new role:


Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) you will be a pivotal team member in our Senior Leadership Group.

This position is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of six Residential Aged Care facilities.

It has carriage and full responsibility for the accreditation of these facilities and is also responsible for implementing both the Business and Strategic Plans as well as designing new service models.


At the operational level, the position leads and manages the delivery and development of this service, ensuring appropriate care and governance are in place to meet the organisation's objectives while meeting required standards and legislative and compliance obligations and ensuring financial viability of the service.


Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive people management skills
  • Ability to drive a safety culture
  • Developing and engaging a motivated and high performing team, providing strong leadership
  • Delivering optimal EBITDA and cash flow results and accountability within the team
  • Ability to quickly obtain an understanding of regulatory requirements relating to the aged care service sector, including the Aged Care Act and Quality of Care Principles and the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Experience in delivering outcomes across a geographically spread business and in a matrix environment
  • Post graduate management qualification or achievement towards such qualifications
  • Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Uptodate Influenza & Covid19 Vaccinations
  • Willingness to undergo a preemployment medical
  • Willingness to obtain National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check
  • Willingness to obtain or provide proof of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
