About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager as a key contributor within the NSW Leadership Team.

This role is pivotal in growing the Konica Minolta market share of our Production and Industrial Print range within NSW.

You will work with a team of Sales Professions, Solutions Analysts and Product Trainers to increase sales of existing customers and new business clients across the traditional Commercial Print market as well as working with Enterprise, Government, Education, Commercial and Indirect teams.

The role ensures that all necessary day to day matters, stakeholder manager, risks and compliance are managed in a matter that the organisation achieves its goals and builds a great brand reputation.


Requirements:

In consultation with key stakeholders, your primary accountabilities are to:

  • Coach, guide and lead direct reports to achieve their sales budget and/or related KPI's
  • Build and implement business strategies to develop new and existing account growth
  • Lead your team to develop relationships with large accounts and assist with opportunities to actively sell when opportunities arise.
  • Allocate work and projects to team according to deadlines and business goals.
  • Manage the engagement, retention and performance of employees within own team
  • Collaborate with other Sales Managers within the region to drive additional business in product verticals
  • Deliver on targets including pipeline activity, revenue, customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales Management role
  • Understanding of key markets within the industry
  • Proven track record of overachieving budgets in Print Management, Document Workflow & Automation, and Enterprise Content Management solutions
To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

  • Strong leadership, business acumen and a sense of urgency
  • Extensive experience in sales
  • Proven track record of overachieving budgets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal branch and key stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to networking
  • Exceptional people management and leadership skills and capabilities
  • Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
  • Australian driver's license
