We have partnered with a Generative AI company looking for their first UX Writer, to jump on board and join their fast-growing team.


Your Mission:

  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and researchers to understand and translate complex AI concepts into userfriendly, intuitive interfaces.
  • Develop engaging and concise content that guides users through interactive experiences, ensuring clarity and seamless understanding.
  • Craft compelling narratives that captivate users, establishing a connection with our AIdriven products.
  • Create and maintain a consistent tone of voice that aligns with our brand and enhances the overall user experience.
  • Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights and refine content strategies.

Your Toolkit:

  • Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create exceptional user experiences.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and humancentred design methodologies.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design and prototyping tools is a plus.

A peak into what your day will look like:

  • You will be creating user guides, Twitter threads for engagement, and outreach to journalists to reinforce their brand
  • A Mix of UX writing and product writing which will be user journey focused
  • Writing for social media platforms
  • Story pitches for media and journalists
