Previous experience working in an IT Support capacity up to 2nd line in a Windows 10 / O365 environment. Experience with tech such as Windows 10, MS Office and MS Server, AD, Networking, Hardware such as Laptops, Printers and desktop hardware. You are a customer-focused individual who loves working with others and problem-solving. Any experience with Remedy, ServiceNow, or Samanage would be advantageous. Experience working in an ITIL environment would be great.
