BGIS are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Facility Management Operations Manager.

This is a key position where you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities on a daily basis, as well as driving strategic initiatives.

The Role

  • Collaborate closely with Account Manager and Facility Managers to ensure strategic asset maintenance management and compliance.
  • Oversee asset maintenance management strategy and compliance obligations.
  • Provide daytoday support to the operations team, including developing and implementing initiatives.
  • Work with Account Manager to establish building compliance and asset maintenance management frameworks.
  • Coordinate with Finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial aspects.
  • Direct and manage technical service components for asset maintenance to ensure optimum facility management services.
  • Develop annual budgets and monitor operational expenditure.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
  • Analyse asset data and deliver recommendation reports for maintenance regimes and lifecycle management.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure contract performance criteria are met.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Uphold company values and foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven ability in integrated services and property model delivery.
  • Strong business acumen with highlevel financial knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management and contract management.
  • Understanding of current technical legislation related to facilities maintenance.
  • Experience in property or corporate real estate environment.
  • Capability in managing medium to large contract teams. PPP experience.
