This role will build on your:
Understanding of Warehouse operating systems and customers' specific requirements

Hands-on team player skills as you build rapport with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently

Reliability, responsiveness, punctuality, accuracy, and helpfulness

Key Duties:

  • Maintain accurate client information using the CRM
  • Manage coding system create, update, and delete codes
  • Process inbound goods receipts and verify against delivery advice
  • Proactively report discrepancies to Warehouse/Client and take actions
  • Produce order pick slips and maintain records for efficiency
  • Collaborate with field support, sales, and warehouse staff
  • Support other team members for a strong team dynamic
  • Prepare and process endofweek/month reports
  • Create and maintain state reports for consistency
  • Undertake general administrative tasks and filing
  • Participate in crosstraining to build on your skills as you grow

Customer Service Operator should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain rapport with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in various computer systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
  • A proactive and problemsolving mindset to address customer issues efficiently
