About the Sales Director Role:

  • Take charge of monitoring and enhancing the sales team's performance.
  • Mentor, motivate, and coach Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
  • Ensure sales team productivity and adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor sales staff, focusing on performance and motivation.
  • Deliver sales targets and exceed site lead objectives.
  • Represent the company ethically and professionally.
  • Lead by example in professional conduct and adherence to best practices.
  • Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on strategies.
  • Ensure a positive team attitude towards achieving objectives.
  • Build community relations and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Provide coaching and feedback for team development.
  • Establish service quality standards and identify training needs.
  • Consult stakeholders for change implementation.
