We are seeking an experienced Facilities & Real Estate Co-ordinator to Manager Facilities and Real Estate within International SOS

The Role:

The Facilities and Real Estate Coordinator is responsible for managing facilities and real estate across the Pacific region to ensure we have a safe, engaging and optimized working environment for employees and other business stakeholders in line with group standards and company cost parameters

  • Oversees the management & negotiations of building Leases and Vendor contracts in the region
  • Ensures strategic and operational plans for both existing and future growth
  • Ensure all lease and cost projections, inclusive of construction, are planned from inception to completion to address business needs, corporate compliance and government regulations
  • Responsible for the overall facility operations management to deliver a safe, secure and environmentally sound environment for our employees and stakeholders
  • Management of ongoing housekeeping programs to ensure the workplace is kept in a neat and clean condition in line with group standards
Investigate and resolve facility complaints and requests

_ Travel up to 20 percent travel within the region including some global travel infrequently_

Required:

  • Upwards of five years solid facilities management experience
  • Facility and equipment maintenance experience including planned maintenance experience
  • Some lease Management /contract negotiation expos
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or comparable professional designation is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent written and verbal skills
