This is an incredible opportunity to join an award-winning boutique agency that can fast track your career into property management whilst being mentored one on one by some of the best in the business.

They are currently on the lookout for a Property Officer who wants to develop their skills and become a career Property Manager and be a part of a fun and supportive team.


This is a perfect opportunity for a junior Property Officer who is ready to take the next step in their career and can form part of a Property Management pod under the guidance of a Department Head and a Senior Property Manager.

The job:

  • All aspects of leasing; conducting open and private inspections with potential tenants
  • Supporting the Property Managers in the daytoday portfolio management
  • Routine inspections, repairs and maintenance ingoing inspection reports.
  • Be the goto person for the tenants of this portfolio
  • Highly organised, great time management skills
  • A passion for Real Estate and highly motivated
  • Willing to learn all aspects of property management.
  • Strong communication, written skills and well presented.
  • Prepared to learn and able to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Must hold a Certificate of Registration
  • Valid Driver's licence and your own vehicle
