The Company


Our client is a forward thinking, mid-size accounting firm based in Northcote who provide business services and taxation advice to wide a variety of clients.


The Role
They are now seeking an organised Personal Assistant who is looking to grow their career.

This role is responsible for providing Personal Assistant support to 1 Director.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements
  • Drafting letters and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Being involved in organising team events
  • Management of the client database
  • Preparing documents to be sent out to clients
  • Expenses
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Providing administration support to the team

About You

  • Previous experience working in an accounting firm is highly regarded
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A positive and hard working attitude
  • Be a people person and love talking to new people
  • High attention to details
