  • Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Insights, the newly created role of
-
Category & Insights Manager will play a pivotal role in putting category and consumer at the heart of the Allied Pinnacle business.

  • Through the sourcing, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of consumer, category, and shopper insights, this role will actively contribute to propelling Allied's strategy, fueling its innovation pipeline, strengthening customer relationships, and solidifying its reputation as a growthoriented business driven by valuable insights.
  • In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Insights to embed bestinclass category practice in the business, with a focus on doing the basics brilliantly.
  • This role is perfectly suited to a senior analyst or Category Executive looking to step up into their first Category Management role.
    What will you need to bring?
  • Quality experience in FMCG across Category, Sales or Marketing
  • Experience in interpreting insight from data, and using it to create compelling stories and reports across various functions and levels
  • Able to think strategically and see the big picture, and then translate the strategic vision to execution
  • Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of the levers that create value
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to create internal alignment behind strategic initiatives
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields are desirable but not essential
