About the position:

Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Property Lawyer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This role involves managing commercial property transactions and leasing while offering the chance to explore general commercial law, wills, and estate planning. You will independently manage your own files and have regular direct interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee commercial property transactions and leasing
  • Gain experience in general commercial law, wills, and estate planning
  • Independently manage your own files
  • Engage regularly with clients, providing expert advice

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years post-admission experience in property law
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in file management and proactive case resolution
  • High initiative, excellent time management, and multitasking skills
