About the Position: Our client is seeking an experienced Property & Commercial Lawyer with at least 5 years of (PAE) to join their esteemed team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of property and commercial matters, including property transactions, commercial leasing, business acquisitions, and contract negotiations. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile cases and provide strategic legal advice to a variety of clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years Post Admission Experience in property and commercial law
  • Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Must be admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland with a current Practising Certificate
