Summary
Senior Property Lawyer position with a prominent highly regarded Brisbane CBD Law Firm. Supportive, open-door policy Partners lead the Property Team. Transactional work + conveyancing.

The Position:

The firm is well established and has a prestigious property law practice that covers a broad range of complex areas including:

  • Acquisitions and divestments of property
  • Residential / Off the plan conveyancing across multiple states
  • Industrial, residential, and retail developments
  • design, build and lease arrangements across the industrial, office and retail sectors
  • Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing for both landlord and tenant
  • Providing advice on sale and purchases of land contracts – including off‐the‐plan transactions

Benefits:

  • $140,000 to $170,000 Salary range
  • Oversee a wide range of interesting and complex property law matters

The Firm:

The firm is a highly renowned firm and well-established in the market. The property team is led by Supportive Partners who provide a great balance of autonomy and mentorship/support with their practice. The team comprises of lawyers and plenty of paralegals for legal support.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more PAE of property and transactional matters experience
  • Conveyancing experience and interstate knowledge
  • The position suits a career-motivated lawyer looking to progress their career
