The Member Relations Coordinator supports and coordinates the efforts of the Member Relations team in the region in achieving annual network sales and engagement goals.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Coordinate and manage member communications and materials in conjunction with Member Relations Team Participate in and support the development and implementation of new member and new advisor onboarding. Support the management of new members/branches to increase growth, involvement, and engagement in the network. Member Communications:Develop, manage, and maintain Owner/Manager and Department content on Virtuoso and maintain documentation, collateral and presentations for member sales calls, Collaboration Teams, Regional Member Advisory Board meetings and and maintain content for Executive Update, other member content in Zoho for distribution of Owner/Manager communications. Maintain schedule and manage Network calls. Support and assist with all Member Roadshow Events Assist in developing Member Agency Business Summaries, Strategic Collaboration Process, and recommendations to support the Membership team in maximizing member engagement and communicate member needs to the Virtuoso organization. Support member visits and events as needed by attendance in person on occasion and always with the designated Account Manager or Account Director. Manage and obtain materials for member visits and events as needed. Assist in developing reports and conducting research and surveys with Members. Create supporting reports to provide information needed for developing meeting agendas and content, program recommendations, database audit, and develop new programs, products and services. Support annual account program with a focus on engagement and effective use of Virtuoso products and services, preferred partners and Virtuoso events. Department Support: Provide support to the Account Director and Account Managers as requested, including scheduling and coordination of meetings, distribution of agendas, and taking and distributing meeting notes. Manage and maintain reports and department databases to track meeting attendance, revenue, segmentation, account contacts and allocations. Provide feedback from members to help Virtuoso Departments adapt services, benefits, and products to fulfill member and consumer needs. Support the facilitation of various meetings including scheduling, facilitating, meetings include Member Advisory Boards, Collaboration Teams, Network Calls, Member and Virtuoso Events, and sales calls. Support of adhoc, strategic projects and programs of work.

Educational and Skills Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Business, Travel & Tourism or Marketing 2+ years of related work experience Experience or aptitude to successfully monitor event participation and registrations (EMS, Domo) Proficiency in Enterprise tools – Teams, Zoho, SharePoint, Zoom Strong organizational skills Highly proficient in MS Office programs- MSWord, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Highly motivated, results driven individual with a work history reflecting the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse organization. Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Excellent communication skills in working with a variety of customer needs and skills, ranging from visionary company owners to detail-oriented back-office accountants Ability to relate well to individuals on one-to-one basis, including in telephone relationships and group presentation settings

Travel Requirements:

Travel may be required to attend company or Member events. If travel is required, it will be primarily domestic.

Type/Nature of Contacts:

Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with Account Director and Account Managers. External: Frequent contact with agency owners/managers, front-line advisors, vendors, and partners, industry organizations and prospective members.
