Our client is a leading, global Financial Services firm seeking a Senior HR/ Operations Manager with a knack for navigating complex organisational structures and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

In this initial 12 month contract, you'll leverage your extensive experience in large-scale organisations to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless HR functions. From overseeing payroll processing and and liaising with senior stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisations operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience thriving within the structures of large-scale organisations, adept at navigating intricate processes
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in identifying and highlighting potential risks within processes, coupled with the capability to propose effective remedial actions.
  • Possession of a control-oriented mindset, coupled with a deep comprehension of operating within meticulously regulated environments.
  • Prior exposure to regional roles, showcasing exceptional communication skills and adeptness in collaborating with partners across diverse time zones.
  • Basic familiarity with change management principles and a keen eye for process enhancement opportunities would be advantageous.
  • A dedicated team player, experienced in small team dynamics, fostering collaboration, and embodying a proactive 'can-do' attitude.

Operational Experience:

  • Previous involvement in HR Operations, with a sound grasp of Payroll processing and salary structuring.
  • Proficient execution of Business As Usual activities with precision and efficiency, adhering to predetermined timelines.
  • Oversight of the monthly Payroll input process, emphasising accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Thriving in a deadline-driven environment to ensure seamless execution of BAU responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced Excel functions.
  • Maintenance and enhancement of internal Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Adherence to agreed service levels, ensuring outsourced partners uphold the same standards.
  • Effective collaboration with Senior Stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in Banking and Finance.
  • Understanding of Salary packaging models, overtime tracking, and payment obligations, as well as statutory leave requirements, is desirable.
