Overview


The Manager Strategic Assets and Facilities is accountable to the Director Corporate Services for the effective management, administration and support of projects, minor works, refurbishment, capital development, asset sustainment, facility maintenance, leases and equipment within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network (BHFLHN).


The Manager Strategic Assets and Facilities is accountable for the management, maintenance, control and coordination of infrastructure, assets and equipment that are owned, leased and subleased by the Local Health Network (LHN).


The Manager Strategic Assets and Facilities is accountable through the Director Corporate Services for the management, administration and support of the LHN's responsibilities within the Across Government Facilities Management Agreement (AGFMA) and is responsible for the ongoing management and analysis of facilities contractors, facilities staff and activities within the Local Health Network.
