Job Summary

The Business Support Coordinator is a key role within the SA Health organization, responsible for providing specialist expertise in the management of resources, including human resources, financial management, and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing system processes, coordinating training and development, and providing physical resources, all while meeting the long-term corporate and strategic planning objectives of the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage human resource management systems, including CHRIS and e-recruitment and onboarding
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff
  • Provide physical resources, including asset tracking, leases and agreements, acquisition and disposal of assets, motor vehicle fleet and equipment
  • Assist sites with auditing, code exercises, human resource and financial support
  • Provide expert knowledge on resource management to support services provided by BHFLHN Community Health
Requirements
  • DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups
