Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a first-class

Incident Manager with a strong background in the mission-critical/ Data Centre industry to work for a well-established organisation with an excellent reputation.


We are looking for the incumbent to work closely with the operations team & drive incident and problem management ownership across their data centre operations.

You will be responsible for scaling their data centre processes process providing environmental worth.


As the Incident Manager, you will be conducting, reacting, driving, assisting, and presiding all critical incident inquiry activities across APAC.


Key Requirements

  • Ideally 5+ years' experience within a Incident Management role.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Data centre/Mission Critical experience is highly beneficial.
  • Experience of centralising the incident management purpose across multiple sites/location.
  • Root cause analysis and delivery of technical projects & actions.
  • Problem management reporting through their life cycle(s).
  • Drive the execution, conversion and continuous correction of core operational process.
  • Worked in a demanding sector as this would be a 24/7 environment.
