The university is looking for a Senior Manager, Accommodation to be responsible for overseeing the successful performance of the Master Operating Agreement (MOA) related to student accommodation. This role involves managing contract relationships, monitoring key performance indicators, and making strategic commercial decisions. It requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and addressing accommodation needs.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing a complex Master Operating Agreement (MOA).
- Engaging with key external partners including Live-In Learning, UniLodge, St Catherines, Programmed, and Nesuto Hotel.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Liaising with faculty members regarding accommodation needs.
- Monitoring reports submission and performance validation.
- Overseeing the Contract Management Plan and assessing contract risks.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading complex contracts or Public-Private Partnerships, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. This permanent position requires current work rights in **Australia**.
