We are presently in search of a seasoned Account Executive to join our successful team in Newcastle (located in Charlestown). This presents an excellent long-term career prospect involving overseeing a portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities comprise:

  • Cultivating and enhancing business connections with both new and existing clients
  • Assessing insurable risks, tailoring suitable insurance solutions, and negotiating advantageous deals within the global insurance market
  • Fostering and nurturing productive partnerships with our underwriting collaborators
  • Supervising and managing budgets, business plans, and outstanding payments
  • Establishing a sustainable pipeline to drive New Business expansion

To excel in this role, the successful candidate should showcase:

  • Solid background in account management
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking certification
  • Proactive approach to all facets of account management and service provision
  • Excellent communication and negotiation proficiencies
  • Determined and professional attitude with a readiness to contribute to a team setting
