As the public face of CommBank, the Retail Banking Services (RBS) team delivers a seamless banking experience to more than 10 million personal and small business customers.

The Branch concierge is the face of CommBank & the Branch, you will be the first person customers come into contact with to assist with their query.


To do this you will:

  • Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry/request, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
  • Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our inbranch technology and digital banking options
  • Be aware of movements within the branch & support the manager to ensure branch is running effectively & efficiently and ensure customers are satisfied with their experience

We're interested in people who have:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service
  • Have superior communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour
  • Have the ability to manage customer expectations & update customers throughout their experience
  • Manage customer flow and branch staff front of house
  • A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
