The position

This position is a wonderful opportunity for someone with the passion, drive and determination to work with a recruitment agency that is leading the way on Diversity and Inclusion recruitment.

You will have a genuine passion for assisting the team in sourcing the best talent, and a demonstrated ability to achieve stand-out results and grow into a highly sort after professional.


Duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Providing high quality professional approach to all tasks
  • Write & Post job advertisements for current job vacancies.
  • Conduct phone and face to face interviews.
  • Attending industry events and expo's
  • Attend onsite meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist the team in reaching team goals and targets whilst smashing your own.
  • Required to travel to assessment centre site, located in Sydney.

To be successful for this role you will require:

  • Customer Service focus
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Able to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Suite of Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive "can do" attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Own car and License
  • Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Straite Islander
