This role focuses on actively managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate clients, offering guidance on various Financial Lines products, including:
- Fostering and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
- Handling a diverse range of financial products for clients ranging from ASX-listed companies to financial institutions
- Assessing insurable risks, customizing insurance solutions, and securing the best deals in the global insurance market
- Cultivating productive relationships with underwriting partners and internal teams
- Managing budgets, business plans, and debtors efficiently
- Mentoring team members actively
- Establishing a long-term pipeline to support new business growth
- Promoting the Gallagher brand within the local business community
- Extensive account management experience in corporate broking
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
- A proactive approach to account management and service delivery
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- A professional demeanor with a strong team-oriented mindset
