Exciting Opportunity

We are in search of a dynamic individual to contribute to our therapeutic antibody research and development efforts. The role involves managing project portfolios, aligning them with strategic objectives, and implementing efficient processes within the team.

A Day in the Role

Reporting to the Scientific Operations Lead, your tasks will include:

  • Collaborating with local and global stakeholders to establish project goals and governance processes
  • Developing and maintaining project templates, sharing essential information with key stakeholders
  • Creating project performance reports, dashboards, and analyzing data for insights
  • Identifying resource constraints, offering recommendations, and resolving issues proactively
  • Managing project interdependencies, risks, and change requests
  • Guiding core teams for effective decision-making and stakeholder communication
  • Assisting in project progression through standardized processes and reporting to various stakeholder groups
  • Ensuring proper record-keeping, folder organization, and mentoring junior staff
Your Background and Skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in biology or related field
  • At least 3 years of project management/administration experience
  • Proven track record in scientific research project delivery
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, adept at enforcing governance
  • Ability to lead project teams effectively under a matrix organization structure
