About the role:


The Civil Works team is responsible for the construction, maintenance and care of Councils Civil assets including Roads, Drainage, Footpaths, Traffic facilities, Signs and street furniture.


  • Minimum Certificate II Tertiary qualifications in a related field would be highly regarded.
  • Class MR Drivers Licence or willing to obtain.
  • Construction Induction Certificate (White Card).
  • High level demonstrated knowledge and understanding of maintenance activities related to
  • Concreting/Facility maintenance, Civil Construction and/ or Asphalt maintenance.
  • High level awareness of Work, Health and Safety, environmental and risk management in relation to civil infrastructure.
  • Commitment to living our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, trust and optimism.
