The Position

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our team. As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for directing and allocating tasks to subcontractors, conducting regular site inspections, monitoring materials, and reviewing project status to ensure timely completion. You will also be responsible for liaising with managers to address and prevent potential issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Direct and allocate tasks to subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery.
  2. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all tasks are being completed to the required standard.
  3. Material Management: Monitor the ordering and delivery of materials to ensure timely receipt.
  4. Project Review: Regularly review project status to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  5. Communication: Liaise with managers to address and prevent potential issues.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 4 years' experience working as a Foreman in a civil construction environment.
  2. Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  3. Background: A strong background in roadworks and subdivision projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
