About the Role


Great opportunity for an outgoing, energetic and passionate customer service professional with a passion for Health and Fitness, to provide friendly, responsive, accurate and consistent information to our Aquatic Services patrons at our Aquatic Centres.


In this role, you will play a significant role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the Inner West Council community through providing professional customer service and assistance to all users and members of the centre in a high-volume customer environment.


A key focus of this role is to deliver excellent customer service through providing up-to-date information on services, programs and activities to all Centre users.

The role has a strong face to face element in order to assist customers as required, receive feedback and promptly resolve complaints from public within scope of authority.

Remuneration
$34.80 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + Superannuation
