About the Role


This role is for an experienced and capable Team Coordinator to provide administrative support for the small Sydney Finance and Tax functions (team of circa 15), as well as having additional responsibilities to help drive team culture, initiatives and events and supporting various finance processes and deliverables as required.

The Finance Team Coordinator will perform various tasks including administration, event organising and supporting various routine or ad-hoc tasks for the Finance team in Sydney.


Main Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Finance and Tax teams
  • Diary management
  • Preparation and production of monthly reports / presentations and general correspondence
  • General admin duties including expense claims, processing invoices, stationary
  • Maintenance of various spreadsheets, distribution lists and systems
  • Preparation of papers / agendas / taking actions at weekly meetings
  • Arranging travel and accommodation / preparing detailed travel itineraries
  • Team communications and the organization of social and training events
  • Maintaining Business Continuity Management plans for Finance and Tax Finance
  • Organising internal and external conferences / seminars
  • Providing support to senior MDs and Directors visiting from overseas
  • Handling of confidential information and ensuring its security
  • Project and adhoc deliverables as required

Key Requirements

  • Preferably with qualified HSC or Degree
  • Minimum of 3years experience working in an Administration or Team Coordination roles at senior levels within the Finance Sector.
  • Need to be selfmotivated and able to prioritise an everevolving task list.
  • Should possess a high level of organisational, time management and communication skills and be an excellent team player.
  • Energy, enthusiasm and an outgoing personality, coupled with an excellent skills set are essential traits required for this role.
