For over 30 years, Pioneer water Tanks have been manufacturing large-scale liner & steel framed water storage units for distribution throughout Australasia and beyond.

Based in Bellevue WA, its advanced manufacturing facility employ's close to 100 people and we pride ourselves on the exceptionally high retention rates, for our employees.

We distribute our water tanks through an Australia Wide Dealer network, that supplies and installs our tanks throughout every corner of Australia.

About the role:

This role will be offered as Full-time employment, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be required to produce quotes, sales reports, territory analysis data.
  • Become proficient at producing accurate and detailed Water Tank quotes for Australian and Export markets.
  • Provide sales and data analysis reports as requested by account managers, for individual dealer's territories.
  • Liaise with account managers and be involved in all backofhouse sales documentation.
  • Answer and respond to incoming phone sales enquiries.
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are resolved and the resolution and the relevant managers are notified.
  • Resolve all customer complaints and make sure to notify relevant managers if any processes need to be reviewed.

Skills and Experience

  • Have previous Administration or Office support experience
  • Have an understanding of Rural Sales or Rural Industries
  • Experience in over the phone sales and customer service.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Takes initiative with task and able to work independently once confident.
  • Is customer focussed and able to resolve and deescalate any issues that arise.
  • Has an ability to build strong relationships and work within a team setting
  • Able to work in fast pace environments and assist with any work that arises
