Sydney Water have partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) to deliver; design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services as part of the P4S program in Sydney Water's Southern Region of Sydney.

D4C is a consortium comprising of John Holland, Service Stream and WSP.

We will provide long term employment opportunities to diversify the skills of the people of the southern region of Sydney as well as creating pathways to enter the water industry.

D4C is seeking an Administrator to join their expanding team to deliver excellence across the Southern Region.

What this role will entail?


The team is in a period of growth and has identified the need for support with administrative tasks and site office management.

This role will require you to liaise with Construction Leads and Engineers, which typically includes tasks such as:

  • Raising PO requisitions and receipting after the job is complete
  • Adding operational resources to projects for time sheeting
  • Uploading and dowloading claims in the internal system
  • Assiting construction project team with administrative tasks to support the project including safety, enviro,quality and community
  • Establish and maintain projects/site office workspace with office supplies and equipment
  • The maintenance of financial and site records
  • Compiling of reports
  • Stakeholder communications
  • Organisation of team meetings / event logistics
  • Other general broad scope project administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Administration experience (degree, diploma or certificate in business/administration is desirable)
  • Recent work experience on construction projects desirable
  • Demonstrate leadership in health, safety and environmental management
  • Client relationship and stakeholder management experience/business development
  • Highly competent with MS office
  • White card


This position is a fast-paced position where you could be working to tight time frames so you must work comfortably under pressure and enjoy being busy.
