**Various hours from Monday - Sunday are available approx 20 hours a week (No Late Nights)**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The Concierge will be critical to the smooth day-to-day running of our portfolio of growing sites liaising with the Member Experience Manager on all operational and member issues. You will be the face of the brand and responsible for first-class member and client experience.
**MEMBER & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT**
**Community & Administration Management**
- Create a fun, positive and welcoming environment for members and guests.
- In conjunction with the Member Experience Manager, be the primary point of contact for members and assist them with any enquiries and resolve issues.
- Managing the sites booking system (Office RnD)
- Ensure the member experience is consistently exceptional and retention rate targets are met.
- Assist in event logistics and pre-event preparation matters.
- Assist with connecting members to take advantage of client referrals.
- Assist with member inductions.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
3+ years’ experience in hospitality or Front of House.
Experience in coworking, hospitality, and events is looked on favourably.
Excellent administrative and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task.
Immaculate personal presentation standards

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
