We are currently looking for an experienced Accommodation Manager to join our team. In preparation for the upcoming Oz & NZ Snow Season. Along with high demand for next snow season in Japan.

With ski related properties spanning across Australia, New Zealand and Japan the Oz Snow Group offers competitive ski packages to the most popular ski destinations. As well as being a head office for admin & reservations to our 9 snow related properties.

Our office works as a head office and reservation center for all our accommodations. The accommodation manager is responsible for all bookings, all reservations, Payments, Allocating rooms, shuffling rooms, managing inventory + pricing to wholesalers and last minute sites,
invoicing, accounts and administration.

Having all the hotel reservations Admin centralised at head office.
Allows us more control and lets the staff at the accommodation concentrate on the delivery of the product.

The role is a year-round position and you will be managing properties in Australia for the upcoming Southern Hemisphere snow season and properties located in Japan for the Northern Hemisphere winter season.

The role and duties are as follows:

- Overall Management of Reservations and Payments of all bookings for your allocated property
- Management of Hotel Administration
- Reconciling daily accounts and matching to bank accounts
- Managing groups bookings to the property and their travel arrangements
- Maintaining regular relationships with key suppliers
- Managing yield,pricing & availability for all last minute sites
- Making sure product delivery is satisfactory and online reviews are favorable
- Maintaining a good level of service for our preferred agents, and direct customers
- Regular communication with our onsite Hotel Managers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is always met
- Managing allotments with agents
- Making sure all upcoming bookings are paid in full
- Implementing new systems and procedures where applicable
- Management of incoming and outgoing communication
- Implementing and compiling reports - feeding back to team and directing in new procedures
- Ensuring that all Oz Snow venues adhere to government framework & legislation

Minimum requirements for this role:

- 3 years relevant experience in managing hotel reservations & Admin
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills MS Office
- Ability to work autonomously and successfully within a team environment

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Australia (preferred)
