We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our clients growing team in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

This role is perfect for a results-driven professional who excels in developing new business and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through targeted sales strategies, including cold calling and lead generation.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling services.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure that customer service levels exceed expectations.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments to remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
