Customer Success Manager

- You'll get to work within a businesses that is has been bought, but still flourishes independently and has been achieving double digit YOY growth.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of accounts (mix enterprise and small business)
- Work with the product and on-boarding team to ensure the technology meets the customer's needs, whilst driving product adoption and NPS scores.
- Utilise internal and external data to craft persuasive sales propositions (basic analytic skills are must)
- Identify new optimisations and opportunities to grow client revenue, working towards ARR.
- Keep clients informed of emerging trends and ways to better optimise their accounts.
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Media/Adtech, ideally in a Customer Success position.
- Strong technical product competency, comfortable speaking with publishers and site engineers.
- Proficient in basic Excel analytics for optimisation and data assessment.
- Exceptional customer nurturing skills, with a commercial acumen to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
- Autonomous, confident, and ready to hit the ground running.
