Property Coordinator - (Metro Sydney)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Property Officer you will be the primary point of contact for all leasehold and fee for service properties.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Engage real estate agents, private owners and developers to meet Hume's housing demand
  • Ensuring property condition and lease/management agreements are maintained and reflect value for money for Hume and its customers
  • Ensure customer complaints /repairs about property condition are addressed
  • Collect and collate feedback from the estate's agents, private owners and developers to ensure continuous improvements
  • Analyse the current rental market, benchmark services and negotiate the rents offered by the real estate agents in order to ensure value for money

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
You are a collaborator with a demonstrated ability build strong working relationship and negotiate value for money. You have a demonstrated background working within real estate and promoting excellent customer service.

With effective time management skills, you have the ability to forward plan, manage competing and priorities and work to deadlines.

To be successful in this role you will need have;

  • Diploma of Real Estate Management; and/or
  • Demonstrated experience in a real estate or property management position
  • Strong working knowledge of the local property market and Residential Tenancy Act.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability and confidence to manage complex conversations and negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • NSW driver's license and access to a fully insured vehicle
